JD leads 4Liberty's customer solutions and service delivery teams, ensuring industry-leading professional excellence across a wide range of utility, technology, and security programs. For JD, the fast-paced, multi-faceted dynamics of solving complex problems, influencing innovation, and driving customer, employee, and project success is where his passion derives from.

JD began his utility industry career at Celergy Networks, then a national provider of IT and telecommunications services, before taking leadership roles at 4Liberty; most recently, he's served as Vice President & Program Director for Energy Services and Executive Vice President, Professional Services. Earlier in his career, he held various program management roles for the Automotive Association of America. He holds a BS in Information Technology and Computer Science and is a long-standing member of PMI and IEEE.

JD is a true renaissance man, with interests ranging from cars and travel to advanced technology solutions and home automation. Growing up in Northern California's wine country, he honed his process and execution skills, building winery facilities for one of the region's oldest continuously running vineyards supporting wine-making operations. He's also a music lover with an ear for everything from Roberta Flack and Eminem to, of course, the Beach Boys.
