Paolo is Director of Shared Services at 4Liberty, where he brings his deep expertise in leadership, strategic change initiatives, process improvements and project management to the firm's customers' major projects. He finds the human element of his role incredibly motivating, especially in helping people develop, grow, and mature in their careers while serving a dynamic industry amid significant changes.

Paolo has worked in the energy and utility industries for over a decade, holding major construction, planning, and analytics roles for Southern California Edison and in grid operations for Entergy in Texas. Before joining the industry, he fulfilled a childhood dream by joining the United States Army, serving as an infantry officer and platoon leader. Paolo earned a B.A. from the University of California, Davis, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and his Ed. D. in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California.

While Paolo is known for his professionalism, analytical rigor, and academic pursuits, don't let his serious side overshadow his personal proclivities. When he's not helping utilities get the most out of their capital projects, he might be in the field duck hunting, on the road on his motorcycle, or hitting the slopes on his snowboard. Or juggling (yes, he juggles). Or spending quality time with his wife and son along with Max and Stella, two of the most "wonderfully bad" pound pups anyone could ask for.
