As Director of IT, Grid Systems, and Security, Yvette leads large cross-functional teams for 4Liberty's customers, developing and executing complex capital and project portfolios in the utility industry. Her favorite part of working at 4Liberty is the infectious energy the company's people bring to their work every day.

Yvette brings over two decades of experience in the electric utility industry to 4Liberty and its customers. Most recently, she held senior roles at Southern California Edison, leading teams deploying momentous projects in the Major Projects Organization (MPO), Transmission projects in Construction and Technical Services (C&TS) PMO, and new technologies in the Grid Technology & Modernization organization. Yvette earned her B.A. and M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. The skills she learned in academia shine bright in her professional career – she is known for being a strong collaborator. Yvette has a unique ability to leverage talent across diverse teams and incorporate multiple voices into high-performing solutions.

Yvette is a proud mother of two daughters, grandmother to four grandchildren, and dog mom to an 11-year-old redheaded rescue. When you meet her, ask about her travels (an African Safari is next on the itinerary). And don't forget to smile – Yvette's childhood dream was to be a dentist, and she still loves seeing people's smiles.
