Tamara Kegler leads all people development strategies at 4Liberty, working as a trusted advisor to the company's leadership and ensuring that talented, professional, and experienced consulting teams support customers. Her passion is helping employees thrive in their careers, supporting them as they advance through the organization, and enabling them to bring their whole selves to their roles.

Tamara brings a wealth of human resources, operations, and customer service expertise to 4Liberty. Before joining the company, she was a senior North Island Credit Union recruiter for nearly a decade. She worked in a regional role at Best Buy, supporting operations, customer service, and payroll strategies. She also worked as a community mental health therapist, helping at-risk youth and survivors of domestic violence and substance abuse of all ages. Tamara earned a B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University and an M.S. in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

An avid runner, adventurer, and explorer, Tamara is also quick with a joke and loves to bring out the funny side of everyone around her. Her ear for humor would have served her well as a pediatrician, her childhood dream job, but we're happy she chose HR.
