As Director, Transmission & Distribution, Willie marries his field construction knowledge and business operations expertise to deploy large scale projects, bridging the physical assets utilities build with the positive impacts they can have in the communities they serve. His favorite thing about 4Liberty is bringing people from diverse backgrounds together around major programs and helping everyone connect the dots between their contributions and the collective outcomes they want to accomplish together.

Willie brings a 16-year career in construction operations and project management in the civil and electrical infrastructure industry to 4Liberty's customers. He's held operational leadership, project management, and field engineering roles at Henkels & McCoy, Haugland Energy, and Grace Industries. He has expertise in projects with varying degrees of complexity to large-scale hundred-million-dollar programs in transmission and distribution projects. A certified Professional Engineer, Willie earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Willie's a natural fit for 4Liberty. He grew up on job sites in the construction industry. As he progressed through his career, he quickly recognized that his talents could be even more impactful in the business's long-range planning, finance, and operations. After living up and down the East Coast, he's found a new home in San Diego, where you can find him surfing, hiking, painting, spending time with family, and supporting his passion project—the foster care community.
